3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes, packaging and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Packaging, product appearance, ingredients or manufacturer specifications may change. Customers should always review the information appearing on the physical product before consumption or use. If you have allergies, sensitivities or specific dietary requirements, review the product label carefully before consumption.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable GST, QST and other taxes, where required, will be calculated during checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.

5. Orders

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by JCD Foods. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of inventory issues, pricing or website errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, delivery restrictions or another legitimate reason preventing fulfillment. If payment has already been collected for an order that JCD Foods cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Customers must provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. JCD Foods does not require customers to provide payment-card information directly to JCD employees where payment is processed through our authorized payment processor.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges, available delivery methods and estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that someone can receive the shipment where necessary.

8. Inspection of Your Order

Customers should inspect their order promptly upon delivery. If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, is missing an item, or presents another material problem, contact JCD Foods promptly and provide the order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Food Products – Final Sale

For food-safety, hygiene and quality-control reasons, all food products sold through JCD Foods are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds because of a change of mind, personal preference, ordering error or because a customer no longer wants a product. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

10. Allergies and Dietary Information

Food products may contain or come into contact with allergens. Customers with allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product labels and ingredient information before consuming a product. Where there is any difference between website information and the physical product packaging, customers should rely on the current product label and contact us if clarification is required.
